TICKET RESELLERS/SCALPERS
- Arizona Revised Statutes §13-3718, prohibits ticket reselling "within two hundred feet (200 ft) of an entry to the stadium, arena, theater or other place where an event is being held, or of the entry to a contiguous parking area" (Arizona Revised Statutes §13-3718). This 200 ft restriction includes, but is not limited to, the Parking Garage, Parking Lot, sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, roadways, parks and overall grounds surrounding the Tempe Center for the Arts facility.
- Any abuse of the Arizona Revised Statute or acts of sales associated with fraudulent tickets will be subject to immediate cancelation of all current and future accounts connected to offender and is subject to legal action.
- Scalpers, ticket resellers, ticket exchanges, ticket reseller websites, and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Tempe Center for the Arts. If you purchase from a non-authorized person or ticket broker, you risk purchasing an invalid, lost, or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance. Invalid, lost, or stolen tickets will be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry into the venue. Anyone who purchases tickets from a third-party reseller or ticket broker does so at their own risk.
- We urge everyone to purchase tickets to events at Tempe Center for the Arts through Tempe Center for the Arts Box office (by phone or in person), online at tempecenterforthearts.com, or its authorized vendors. Tempe Center for the Arts cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets obtained through unauthorized sources: admission cannot be guaranteed, and the venue cannot contact you regarding time changes, show cancellations, etc. Tempe Center for the Arts does not condone the unfair and misleading practices of ticket brokers who profit at the expense of true fans.
- Tempe Center for the Arts reserves the right to void tickets with no refund if ticket scalping is found. Tempe Center for the Arts reports all violations of A.R.S. §13-3718 to local law enforcement and works with banking providers to restrict scalping.
- Tempe Center for the Arts reserves the right to cancel and void all ticket orders that have been purchased for the purpose of resale. Ticket orders will be refunded, excluding service charges and any applicable membership, and tickets will be considered invalid.
RESELLERS BEWARE: IN PERSON ID VERIFICATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR FRAUD PREVENTION. ELECTRONIC TICKETS MAY ALSO REQUIRE IN PERSON ID VERIFICATION AND WILL CALL PICK UP FOR ENTRY. Tempe Center for the Arts reserves the right to reissue ticket barcodes on previously delivered tickets, including mailed and e-tickets, and require ID VERIFICATION and WILL CALL PICK UP. There are no refunds on tickets that have been reissued to WILL CALL pick up or tickets that require ID verification. WILL CALL tickets may only be picked up by the original account holder with valid photo ID. Ticket orders found to be in violation of our reselling policies may be canceled and tickets voided. Any known or suspected broker orders and ticket barcodes may be automatically void on the night of the performance without notice. Any ticket holder with invalid tickets purchased from a reseller will be presented with documentation of voided ticket, denied entry to the event, and will be provided instructions on how to request a chargeback from their credit card company. Entry requirements are subject to change. By purchasing tickets to Tempe Center for the Arts events, you agree to abide by entry requirements in effect at the time of the event.
