Tempe Center for the Arts offers (TCA) an in-house ticketing and box office system, concessions for public performances, a variety of marketing opportunities and front of house patron services.
Ticketing
Tempe Center for the Arts is the sole and exclusive ticket agent for all events held at the venue. With our in-house ticketing system, all events, including free events, are ticketed using bar coded tickets. Listed below are some of the frequently asked questions regarding ticketing at Tempe Center for the Arts.
EVENTS WITH ADMISSION FEE |
The TCA box office provides all ticketing services for events. The box office can accommodate various ticketing options including discount codes, pricing tiers and consignment tickets for distribution, as desired. Tickets are available to patrons online, in person and by phone. Fees (generally paid by the patron) range from $1 to $3 per ticket. |

TCA Services, Concessions & Merchandise
SERVICES |
Tempe Center for the Arts provides a variety of accessible services and accommodations including, but not limited to: accessible parking, accessible/family restrooms, ASL signed performances, listening devices, audio description, braille print programs, and large print programs. Additional services can be provided with proper advanced notice by contacting the Patron and Client Services Manager at 480-350-2883.

CONCESSIONS AND CATERING |
The lobby lounge is open for bar and snack services for most public performances. Selections include wines, craft beers, cocktails and sodas along with chips and candy. Catering services are available from the TCA’s exclusive catering partners for social events or large backstage food service needs. |
MERCHANDISE |
Merchandise may be sold in conjunction with performances provided the seller has secured a State of Arizona sales tax license with a city of Tempe endorsement and settles with the TCA at the end of the event. TCA charges a 20% commission on net sales if the client sells the item and 25% on net sales if TCA staff sell the item. Non-profit organizations do not require a sales tax license. |
